Your support makes such a difference!
Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up. (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10)
Thank you to all who pray for us and support us financially. Please continue to pray for us! We could not function in this ministry if you were not interceding on our behalf. The longer we go, the more we are coming to understand the blessed gift of the knowledge of our own destitution (John 15:5) and our dependence upon abiding in Christ (John 15:1-11).
We love you and appreciate each of you!

Pastors are dealing with discouragement and burnout
Out of approximately 200 pastors that were surveyed (lead pastors, associate pastors, youth pastors), almost half said they were dealing with discouragement and burnout in ministry.
People need encouragement and hope
Even in all our so-called connectedness, people are lonely and hurting. They need people they can trust to give them Godly counsel and hope for tomorrow.
Would you mind joining with us in this journey??
Denise and I continue to see Pastoral discouragement and burnout as an ever-present issue as we counsel with church leaders in person and over the phone. This discouragement is not only affecting pastors, but also their wives.
We have the privilege and honor of coming alongside these dear servants of the Lord to offer them refuge and refreshment, a listening ear, and a loving heart. We do so only by leaning on God’s wisdom, and prayerfully offering a word in due season.
Here are a few ways you could support and love pastors and their families?
- Most importantly – pray for your pastor and his family regularly. Pastors are under attack and they need our prayer covering.
- Write a note of encouragement to your pastor. Let him know one thing you have learned or appreciate about his work in the church.
- Meet a need for your pastor or his family if you know of one. Mow their yard, take them a gift card, offer to babysit, volunteer at the church, encourage a pastor’s wife with flowers, fix their car.
- Ask your pastor regularly how you can help, what he and his family need and how you can pray for them.
